Chef / Cook

Who are we? We are General Public, Brisbane’s only “Eatertainery”, a growing brand with its sights set on the future. We're on the lookout for Chef / Cook and a kitchen hand to join our Ipswich team. Our venue is a complete entertainment venue. We have bowling, arcade, golf simulators, pool tables and darts mixed with a quality food and beverage offering.

If you have a great personality, superb communication skills, and enjoy working with people of all ages, then we'd love to hear from you! We have a full-time position available in our brand-new kitchen for chefs or experienced cooks.

Perfect opportunity for experienced Chefs or Cooks ready for a new challenge. We will provide support, mentoring and guidance to help you in your role

What we are looking for:

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

· Great communication skills and ability to keep cool, calm and collected under pressure.

· Ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP requirements.

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
