Job Description


With the launch of FARRA and multiple F&B touchpoints across the hotel, we are looking for a dynamic hospitality leader to help lead our growing food and beverage offering.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting venue leaders, and ensuring every guest experience across our restaurants, bars, and in-room dining reflects our FARRA brand.

You'll be a visible leader across the hotel, guiding teams, refining operations, and helping shape the future of our food and beverage experiences.

Main Functions:

  • Provide operational leadership across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring venues operate in line with FARRA brand standards and Ennismore expectations

  • Support and mentor venue leadership teams to deliver exceptional service, strong business performance, and a culture that embodies the spirit of FARRA

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency by monitoring financial performance, labour costs, productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver exciting events, activations, programming, and new experiences, including pre-opening initiatives and menu launches

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance guest experience and operational performance across all F&B operations


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience across restaurants, bars, or lifestyle hotel F&B operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing venue financial performance

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support venue teams

  • A passion for guest experience and creating vibrant hospitality environments

  • Experience working within premium dining, lifestyle hotels, or high-volume venues

  • Strong understanding of labour management, service standards, and operational systems

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment
