ABOUT POSABILITY AUSTRALIA
PosAbility Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity based in Lane Cove West, Sydney. Our mission is to maximise every child's ability to LEARN to their potential, LIVE to the fullest, and GROW to be all they can be.
We are a growing, values-driven organisation that invests deeply in our team. At PosAbility, you will find genuine collaboration, clinical excellence and shared purpose — a place where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a tangible difference every day.
ABOUT THE ROLE
PosAbility Australia is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, with a focus on assessment and intervention for children with learning difficulties and developmental delays. This is an exciting opportunity to expand the application of occupational therapy into rich clinical territory — including literacy, writing, sensory processing, executive functioning and social participation.
You will work with children from preschool through to high school, delivering individually tailored and group-based programs, conducting comprehensive OT assessments, and collaborating with psychologists, educators and other allied health professionals. You will have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your clinical interests and the autonomy to initiate new services that reflect your passions.
