About the Role

Nurtured Thoughts Psychology is a warm, boutique mental health clinic based in beautiful Graceville, Brisbane. We provide psychological therapy, assessments, and integrated care alongside our psychiatry and GP teams within a genuinely collaborative and supportive environment.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a General or Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a contractor basis.

We welcome psychologists working with children, adolescents, adults, or a mixed caseload. You choose the days and session load that suit your life, while we provide the referrals, systems and support that allow you to focus on what matters most: your clients.

Part-time or full-time contractor arrangements are available, with weekday, after hours and Saturday opportunities.

Estimated annual earnings of $130,000-$190,000+ are based on our fee split arrangement and will vary depending on session load.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, or a combination of presentations.

• Work within your preferred therapeutic approaches and areas of interest.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and participate in peer discussion within a warm, supportive culture.

• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

We'll support you with onboarding, Halaxy setup, templates and onboarding, and gradually ramp your caseload to ensure a smooth transition into the practice.

Work alongside psychologists, psychiatrists and GPs within an established multidisciplinary team, creating opportunities for collaboration and supporting continuity of care across a broad range of presentations.

Qualifications

• General or Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA.

• Eligible to provide Medicare-rebated services.

• Interest or experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or mixed presentations.
