About the role
As an Occupational Therapist Grade 2, you'll support adults, primarily older people with chronic and complex health needs to remain safe, independent, and engaged within their homes and communities.
You'll provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, education, and care planning while collaborating closely with clients, carers, and a broad multidisciplinary team.
