What You'll Be Doing

Line Managing a multidisciplinary mental health team offering crisis mental health support to the local community

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

• Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) AND Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead manage and support a team in a dynamic fast paced mental health environment
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Applications, roster management systems and electronic medical records.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
