We have 2 exciting opportunities available for an experienced Clinical Lead to join an incredible mental health service.

1: 3 month contract with an immediate start based in Taree.
2: 6 month contract with an immediate start based in Kempsey.

Relocation assistance will be provided for the duration of the contract.

The Opportunity

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, accessible, and person-centred mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development to team members
Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with clinical governance and best practice frameworks
Build and maintain strong relationships with health, community, and external stakeholders
Oversee service operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality outcomes
Support a positive team culture focused on collaboration, safety, and excellence

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary level qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or other clinical disciplines related to mental health.
Current AHPRA registration or AASW eligibility
Current Driver Licence
Current Blue Card
Current National Police Check
Strong knowledge of the mental health system, government policy and legislation, and professional standards and codes of ethics as they pertain to working with people and their mental health.
