The successful candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support services to clients across the Sydney Metropolitan area, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Working closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and support staff, you will play an important role in delivering person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans and organisational standards.
