About Vantage By Unity
Vantage by Unity is Unity Grammar’s pioneering senior campus in Parramatta CBD - a bold reimagining of what Years 7–12 education can be. Built intentionally from the ground up, Vantage challenges traditional models of schooling. It moves beyond subject silos toward a transdisciplinary, inquiry-led approach where learning is integrated, purposeful, and connected to real-world contexts. Academic rigour remains central, with all NESA curriculum requirements met through innovative and thoughtfully designed learning experiences. At Vantage, small cohorts enable deep relationships and genuine mentorship. Learners are known, supported, and challenged - academically, socially, and emotionally. Educators are not simply teachers; they are mentors, coaches, and co-learners who walk alongside students as they discover their strengths and develop the confidence to lead their own growth.
We are seeking educators who can collaborate across disciplines while bringing depth and expertise in areas such as Mathematics, English, HSIE, Technology, Science, and PDHPE. You will contribute to designing rich, project-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and cultivate critical thinking. Professional learning is embedded into the rhythm of the campus. Collaboration is structured, reflection is expected, and innovation is encouraged. As a campus of Unity Grammar, Vantage operates within the College’s Islamic ethos and unwavering commitment to excellence, child safety, and whole-person education - honouring strong foundations while courageously building toward the future. This is not simply a role within an existing system. It is an opportunity to help shape and define a distinctive senior school model from the ground up.
