Brassall Kids Early Learning Centre is a purpose-built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre.  It is set to be a vibrant, engaging place where children can explore, discover, and thrive.  This beautifully designed centre boasts 6 amazing studios, each thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs and imaginations of children. 

Families and children at Brassall Kids Early Learning Centre will have access to various play spaces, including multiple atelier spaces, children's stage, cenare' (children's dining space) relaxation retreats, flexible learning spaces and an adventure playground.  

As a valued team member, you will have full access to the ‘Team Sanctuary’, so that you can relax and recharge during your breaks. 

We will have an on-site chef, who will have a beautiful designer kitchen to work from, where they will enjoy preparing fresh and nutritious meals each day.

At Brassall Kids Early Learning Centre, we are currently seeking 3 Diploma Qualified Educators and 2 Certificate Qualified Educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• MUST hold a Cert III OR Diploma in Children's Services.

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).

• Experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 10 months, 3–4 years, and 4–5 years.
