Bethesda Health Care’s Metropolitan Palliative and Community Care Service (MPaCCS) is seeking applications from dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurses to join our dynamic palliative care team. This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity offering a chance to make a meaningful difference in patient care and quality of life within the community.

About the Role

In this role, you will actively promote best-practice nursing care for residents and their family carers through education, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. You will support facility staff in delivering evidence-based, holistic palliative care, ensuring that end-of-life care is compassionate, respectful, and of the highest quality.

While primarily based in North metropolitan areas, occasional support in the Southern suburbs may be required.

 About You

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse with at least three years of palliative care experience who brings a passion for person-centred care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to delivering excellence in palliative care

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary specialist team

  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships

  • Leadership qualities and a deep understanding of palliative care practices

 Essential Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence (C-class, unrestricted)

  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • A commitment to working within an organisation driven by values and behaviour
