We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale, and we’re excited to announce our new clinic opening soon in Jindalee!

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our paediatric team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

  • 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
  • Commencing May/June 2026

This part‑time role offers genuine flexibility, a supportive team culture, and the chance to truly impact the lives of children and their families.

You’ll support children in building skills, confidence, and independence across clinic, home, school, and community environments in the Joondalup / Jindalee areas.

Your new role:

  • Carrying out initial appointments with new families.
  • Carrying out fun and creative therapy sessions in our fun clinic spaces and in the community.
  • Liaising with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
  • Reviewing therapy journey’s and ensuring that the next steps are in place for the children who either outgrow AIM Therapy or meet their goals.
  • Taking part in a great Professional Development timetable with lots of development opportunities available.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Driver’s license
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in early intervention, including support for babies and young children
