Flexibility with structure. Autonomy with real support.
Better Rehab is clinician-founded and clinician-led. Our leaders understand the realities of clinical work because they’ve lived it. That means realistic expectations, genuine flexibility and a workplace designed for long-term, sustainable careers.
Our Occupational Therapists have control over how their diary is structured with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.
What You’ll Do
Based at Mornington, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Located just moments from the beautiful Mornington beach and on the vibrant main street, our office is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, perfect for a coffee catch-up or a team lunch. You’ll be joining a friendly, engaged and experienced team who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another.
You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
