Company Description Bounce Therapy Services provides therapy sessions, assessments, and reports for children and adults with NDIS plans. Our dedicated team of qualified and registered therapists and therapy assistants work collaboratively with clients and their families or support networks to deliver personalized care. We specialize in developing tailored plans to help clients achieve their goals effectively and conveniently. Client-centric and results-driven, our services are designed to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist based in Bega, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, plan and deliver therapy sessions, and develop personalized treatment plans to support clients in achieving their goals. The role involves close collaboration with clients, families, and support networks to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes. Timely completion of reports and documentation is also expected. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventionsKnowledge of rehabilitation processes and experience working with pediatric or adult clientsStrong communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsExperience in pediatric care or working with diverse client populations is a plusRelevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRAAbility to work independently and within a hybrid work environmentExperience in NDIS-funded service delivery is advantageousA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bega area is preferred
