To be successful you must have the following:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction & fitout 
• Proven success delivering projects across sectors such as health, education, government, hospitality, retail, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial buildings
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Experience leading and mentoring project teams
• The ambition and capability to step into a broader regional leadership position
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline

This is an opportunity for a proven Project Manager to move beyond managing a single project and take ownership of an entire region. You'll still be close to delivery, working with clients and project teams, but with the added influence of shaping strategy, growing the business and building a lasting legacy across North Queensland.
