The Regional Manager will oversee and manage services across assigned territories, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include team leadership, operational planning, financial management, performance monitoring, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance service effectiveness and achieve organizational goals, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising and mentoring teams.Operational planning and organizational management capabilities, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.Experience in financial oversight, budgeting, and resource management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and negotiation.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the disability services sector is highly desirable.Relevant qualifications in Management, Business Administration, Disability Support, or a related field are strongly preferred.Proven experience in a similar management role within the healthcare, disability, or community services industry is an advantage.Commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
