Position Overview We are seeking motivated State Sales Representatives to expand SolaX’s retail footprint in each state across Australia. The primary focus will be to identify, onboard, and grow new retailer partners, ensuring SolaX products become the preferred choice for solar and battery solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive sales growth by identifying and recruiting new retailers/installers within assigned state.2. Build strong relationships with retail partners, providing product training, sales support, and marketing resources.3. Develop and execute state-level sales plans aligned with national strategy.4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by actively promoting SolaX inverters, batteries, EV chargers, and related products.5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to head office.6. Support key events such as trade shows, expos, and local retailer promotions.7. Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting accuracy. Requirements 1. Proven sales experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy industry (preferred).2. Strong network with retailers, installers, or electrical wholesalers in assigned state.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.4. Ability to work independently while being part of a national sales team.5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.6. Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state.
