FLOWER PICKER AND BUNCHER

Job description:

You’ll be working outdoors harvesting fresh flowers from the field and preparing them for market. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being outside.

Task & responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Inspecting and monitoring flower crop conditions
• Harvesting Proteas and native flowers in the field
• Grading, selecting, sorting and bunching flowers
• Carrying buckets and assisting with packing flowers
• Maintaining quality standards for our wholesale customers
• Maintaining and cleaning packing shed 

Qualification & experience

Qualifications and experience:

At least 12 months of experience working on a flower farm
