Task & responsibilities

What you'll help build: 

• Lead the management of complex internal medicine referral cases, including advanced diagnostics, treatment planning and inpatient care
• Perform and interpret advanced procedures and collaborate closely with emergency and specialty teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Build strong referral partnerships through clear, timely communication with referring veterinarians and participation in education and case discussions
• Communicate confidently and compassionately with clients to support informed decision making and high standards of patient centred care
• Contribute to the growth and development of the internal medicine service through clinical leadership, protocol development, mentorship and service expansion initiatives

Qualification & experience

Who are we looking for? 

You’re a qualified veterinarian with:   

• A degree recognised for registration in NSW (e.g. BVSc, DVM or equivalent) 
• Board certified or board eligible 
• Applicants must have completed a recognised residency program and have at least three years experience practising internal medicine. 
• A commitment to professional integrity, patient-centred care, and team collaboration 
• A genuine interest in building something meaningful
