Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of our electrical equipment (primary focus) and mechanical cooling and modular containerised power solutions (secondary focus with training and mentorship)
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain our equipment
Provide remote support to our customers over phone, email and PC based support console.
Update work orders and daily diaries and submit all forms, photos, logs and other relevant information into the project folder
Submission of Service Report upon the completion of every service workorder
Compile and submit reports to the customers e.g. commissioning reports and failure analysis
Be on call (on standby) as required by a roster
Adhere and comply to HSE&Q requirements
Ensure a safe working environment for all staff, subcontractors and customers and be an active leader in driving our Always Safe attitude
Take care of and maintain Delta tools, Delta company cars and other Delta assets
About you:
Electrical Trade qualified in Australia.
A valid Australian driver's license
Previous experience with AC/DC electrical power systems in critical infrastructures
Ability to work autonomously, and lead teams.
Excellent presentation, communication and people skills.
Customer service mindset
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and related program
Have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Be able and prepared to travel interstate as required depending on the location of the projects and customers and work on weekends as required.
