Positions Available

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our growing operations team in the following roles:

• Process Workers
• Machine Operators
• Forklift Drivers
• Quality Control (QC) Staff 

Shift Details

• Morning and afternoon shifts available
• 2–6 days per week
• Immediate start available
• Chilled work environment (1°C–5°C)
• Ongoing opportunities with potential for long-term employment 

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cutting, assembling, sorting, packing, and processing fresh food products
• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Conducting quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock and materials
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HACCP requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Achieving productivity and performance targets in a fast-paced production environment
• Reporting equipment faults, safety hazards, production delays, and quality issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Complying with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
• Performing other reasonable duties as directed by Management 

What We're Looking For

• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling tasks
• Able to lift between 5–20 kg and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment for extended periods
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
• Able to work safely in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible with availability, including early starts, overtime, weekends, and afternoon shifts
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, or factory environments is highly regarded but not essential 

Role-Specific Requirements

Forklift Driver Applicants:
• Current Forklift Licence preferred

Quality Control (QC) Applicants:
• Previous Quality Control (QC) experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar industry preferred
