Description Position Summary The role is based in our Sydney office and will report to the Senior Systems Analyst. It will involve providing BAU support to end user in Yardi Voyager and Elevate across multiple regions. The role will act as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources. There will also be a component to the role providing process and technical expertise with ongoing Group Technology optimisation projects. Key Accountabilities - Including But Not Limit To Supporting and maintaining business systems including user management, queries, application support, etc.Eliciting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders while acting as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resourcesDeveloping functional/technical requirements e.g., acceptance criteriaCoordinating testing to determine effectiveness of solutionPrepare documentation and train resources for end users of the systemHelp with identifying bugs reported by end users and raising support cases. Requirements Essential 2+ years Yardi Voyager experience in a Systems Analyst or a Systems Orientated roleSolid Excel SkillsExperience in system implementation and maintenanceHigh attention to detailStrong ability to understand business and system processesStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsetsSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasksProactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures Desirable CA/CPA Qualified or at least working towards itExperience in the Property Industry would be a strong advantageUnderstanding of databases or common query languages (SQL)Proficiency in Japanese or Korean language skills would be highly advantageous
