You will be able to:
· Understand mechanical, electrical, and BMS systems
· Read and interpret electrical drawings
· Schedule equipment and resources
· Meet project deadlines
· Attend project and site meetings
· Identify and solve problems efficiently
· Develop quotes and variations
· Ensure installations meet trade-quality standards
· Liaise with builders and other trades
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
· Communicate clearly with team members and directors
· Efficiently run teams of tradesman
Requirements:
· Proven experience in the mechanical, electrical, and BMS field

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
