Service Technician - Mechanical

JDN MONOCRANE is a one stop solutions shop that can design, manufacture, install and service the full range of standard and specialised, customer specific lifting solutions.

An opportunity exists in our Gillman SA branch for a service technician to join our expanding operation.

In this role, your key duties will include but not limited to:

• Servicing of all types of cranes & hoists.

• Mechanical fault finding

• Overhauls & mechanical repairs.

• Attend Call-Out requests for repair work.

• Completing clear & legible service reports.

• Installation of Overhead Gantry Cranes and Hoists.

To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you…

• Are reliable, pay attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.

• Are highly motivated.

• Are a fully qualified fitter.

• Have excellent fault finding abilities.

• Have strong mechanical aptitude.

• Have a valid drivers licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• White Card – Construction Induction

• Yellow Card – Elevated Work Platform

• Licence to perform High Risk Work

• WP - Elevated Work Platform > 11Metres.
