Scope of work:

The works include Construction of HME and LV roads a concrete overpass along with associated infrastructure to enable future mining pit development. Ancillary activities include borrow area establishment, drill and blast, crushing and screening, site pads, park-up areas, service corridors, drainage, bunds, windrows, communications pads and access tracks, including all associated civil works

To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Supervisor you must possess the following as a minimum:

• Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Tickets; White Card, Section 26 (essential)
• Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
• Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
• Strong financial understanding and acumen
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel
• Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit down time
• Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenance activities
• Implementing best maintenance practice and procedures
• Developing and providing reports to Project Management
• Maintaining a high level of safety standards
