Location: Midvale, WA & Various Mine Sites (WA)
A WA-based Technical, Installation and Maintenance company specialising in all aspects of Grinding Mills. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team.
This role will involve supervising works at our Midvale workshop and leading crews across various mine sites throughout Western Australia. Strong experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance, Grinding Mills, and Crushers is essential.
Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities on fixed plant equipment, including Grinding Mills and Crushers
Lead, mentor, and coordinate mechanical fitters and shutdown crews
Liaise closely with Technical Manager, Workshop team, and clients to ensure smooth execution of works
Plan and prioritise tasks to meet shutdown schedules and operational deadlines
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with site and company requirements
Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication on-site and in the workshop
Proven leadership experience supervising mechanical teams in fixed plant environments
Strong technical background with hands-on experience
Adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure
Confident working across metro workshops and remote mine sites
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Safety-focused with the ability to lead by example
Capable of managing competing priorities in fast-paced shutdown environments
Flexibility and looking for both a local and site work - not on a regular roster
Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter
Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory or Leading Hand role
Construction OHS Card
Valid Driver's Licence
HRWL - EWP
Working at Heights certification (within the last 2 years)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Ability to provide a Federal/National Police Clearance
