Electrical Project Manger

Position Overview:
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of electrical systems, and experience managing teams on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously.

• Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and report on financial performance.

• Coordinate and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and other project staff.

• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and handover materials.

• Promote a culture of safety and compliance on all project sites.
