We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Technologist specialising in Radio Communications Technology to support our technical and project operations.
Highly competitive salary: $77,000 – $85,000 + Super

Managing and improving technical, engineering and business system processes
Overseeing the tendering process, including preparation and review of technical documentation
Developing and coordinating Proof of Concept (POC) design processes
Implementing and maintaining drawing standardisation and documentation standardisation procedures
Preparing and reviewing engineering and technical proposals
Supporting project management administration and related operational processes
Conducting technical risk assessment and mitigation management for projects
Performing technical audits of project proposals to ensure compliance and feasibility
Auditing and maintaining Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Liaising with customers, suppliers, engineers, technicians and administrative personnel to ensure effective project delivery
Assisting in design, testing, troubleshooting and optimisation of radio communication systems
Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Engineering Technology or a closely related field
Demonstrated experience in technical project coordination
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, compliance requirements and HSE processes
Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills
