Training Lead
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 31 July 2027 with the possibility of extension.

Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.
Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.
The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest’s existing gaming platforms and associated services. This is a large scale, multi-year project that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join the GSR team and be part of a complex transformation project working collaboratively with a diverse and talented team of passionate people.

Reporting to the Change Lead, the Training Lead is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the GSR training strategy, and overseeing the development and delivery of training packages for retailers and internal stakeholders impacted by the new Gaming System.

A strategic training specialist who can design and deliver fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions, optimise processes, and translate complex system changes into clear, practical training outcomes.
A confident communicator and relationship‑builder who engages diverse stakeholders, aligns training approaches across teams, and ensures smooth adoption of the new gaming system.
A collaborative people leader who develops team capability, drives continuous improvement, and creates a high‑performing, supportive environment that delivers consistent, high‑quality training experiences.
