Artist in Residence Program
Your room will enjoy ongoing access to visiting artists who work directly with children to foster creativity, imagination and rich artistic expression.
Beach Kinder Program
Our proximity to the coastline allows children to participate in regular Beach Kinder sessions—developing resilience, confidence, and deep connection with the natural environment.
Nature Connections Specialist (Out-of-Ratio Support)
A dedicated out-of-ratio specialist works alongside educators to enhance nature-based learning, support environmental experiences and help facilitate our Beach Kinder program.
Our 3–5 year rooms operate with above-regulation staffing ratios, ensuring:
Educators have time to plan, reflect and extend projects
Children receive high-quality, individualised support
Inquiry learning can be meaningful, uninterrupted and intentional
You will also be part of a strong, collaborative teaching team including two experienced ECTs.

As an ECT with Gardenia Early Learning, you will:
Lead high-quality educational programs for children aged 3–5
Work collaboratively with our current ECTs and experienced educators
Embed nature play, arts-based learning and child-led exploration
Contribute to our Beach Kinder and Artist in Residence programs
Engage in reflective practice and help shape our centre’s quality journey
