Gardenia Early Learning Clontarf is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our exceptional 3–5 year programs. With two qualified ECTs already part of our team, we are expanding to continue delivering the high-quality education for which Gardenia is known. About the Role

As an ECT with Gardenia Early Learning, you will:

  • Lead high-quality educational programs for children aged 3–5

  • Work collaboratively with our current ECTs and experienced educators

  • Embed nature play, arts-based learning and child-led exploration

  • Contribute to our Beach Kinder and Artist in Residence programs

  • Engage in reflective practice and help shape our centre’s quality journey
