Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on education opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia.Guide students through the application and admission process with universities/colleges.Work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions.Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and visibility in Perth.Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of counsellors and support staff.Meet business targets while ensuring high-quality client service standards. Key RequirementsProven experience as an Education Counsellor (local Perth experience highly desirable).Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Education Counsellor is required.Strong understanding of Australian education and migration pathways.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and work independently.Leadership qualities with experience in team building and business development.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
