We’re seeking a motivated Student Services Administration Officer/manager to join our friendly and professional Student Services team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is a key point of contact for students, families and visitors and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the College.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Providing welcoming and professional front-of-house reception
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
General administration including data entry, scanning and filing
Maintaining and updating student records
Supporting student enrolments and onboarding
Assisting with College events and activities
Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Days of work must include Monday and Friday.

You are organised, approachable and enjoy working in a team-focused environment. You bring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, and you genuinely enjoy supporting international students and staff.
Essential:
Experience working in an office or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, helpful approach to students, parents and staff
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Desirable:
First Aid Certificate
Certificate II or III in Business / Business Administration
Experience in an education or training environment
