What you’ll do
We are looking for motivated, reliable and down-to-earth Support Workers to provide person-centred support to a customer living with an acquired brain injury in the western suburbs.
This role will suit people who are open-minded, patient and confident supporting a customer with complex communication needs. The customer requires support within their home environment, as well as support to maintain positive routines and activities that are important to them, including gym-based activities.
Because our customer faces communication challenges, you will need to be an intuitive communicator who brings patience, clarity and strong verbal English skills to the role.
