Disability Support Worker – Casual

Ready to bring energy, support, and good vibes to our STA service in Caringbah ? We’re looking for passionate, reliable Disability Support Workers who love making a difference and enjoy flexible weekday shifts.

  • Regular rosters & flexible hours  

  • Supportive, team-orientated culture with training and peer guidance. 

Be the person who makes a real difference in someone’s life by 

  • Delivering personalised support that builds independence 

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living 

  • Supporting social activities and skill development 

  • Building positive relationships with participants and families 

  • Maintaining accurate records and safe practices

Must haves:  

  • Able to work all hours across the day  

  • Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check),  

  • Provide 2 x references  

  • Hold a current driver’s license.
