About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Educator/Lead Educator
to joinour early learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive,and stimulating environment for children to explore, learn, and grow.
You will be work with your team to create innovate and exciting learning programs forchildren in family grouping settings based on children's settings based on children's interest,strengths and abilities, in addition, you will create fluid free-flow indoor and outdoor learninginviroments that inspire and motivate children to learn, imagine and create.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early YearsLearning Framework (EYLF).
Observe, document, and assess children’s development and progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
ACECQA Approved Diploma or working towards
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
