🔎 About the Role

Location: Ipswich North
Employment Type: Casual

Travel: Weekly Petrol money, if you reside 25km from the place of work

Hours Availability (Monday–Friday):

• Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am

• After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

• Vacation Care: between 7:00am – 5:30pm

Total Hours:

• Up to 15hrs per week (during school terms and 20hrs + in VAC)

As the OSHC Qualified Educator, you'll support and work with a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You'll support exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the school community.

🌈 What You'll Be Doing

• Teamwork and supporting a dedicated team of educators

• Planning and delivering creative, enriching experiences

• Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community

• Ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality care

• Contribute to documentation, medical records, and daily operations

🙌 About You

• A natural educator who loves working with children and has worked in childcare previously

• Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff

• Creative, energetic, and FUN

• Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude

• Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment

• Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)

• Hold Working With Children Check (P-Status)

• Holds or is willing to obtain the Education and Care First Aid (012) and Child Protection Course.
