Well established provider of services & support to people in their homes, Parkglen Home Care Services is seeking to provide a rewarding opportunity for candidates that are passionate about aged care, empathetic to older people living in the community, committed to providing a positive client experience based on the individual needs of our clients, and supporting our clients to remain living independently at home.
We are recruiting for the South East suburbs, which include the following:

Locations Required: Armadale, Malvern, Prahran & Windsor

Responsibilities may include:

  • Transport to medical & personal appointments
  • Attending support & transport for social activities
  • Transport & assistance with shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Personal Care assistance - certificate required
  • Medication assistance - certificate required
  • Respite assistance
  • Social support
  • Light housekeeping duties eg. dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, changing linen, laundry, etc.

Required

  • Current Victorian driver’s license
  • Vehicle with current registration & comprehensive insurance
  • Police Check
  • Aged Care certificate - Minimum Cert 3 Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability.

Successful candidates must be able to prove Australian work rights and attend to First Aid/CPR Training.
