We are seeking a passionate and motivated Paediatric/Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) Occupational Therapist to join our team in Penrith. This community-based role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers a fantastic opportunity to support children and families while developing your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.


The Role Involves

  • Managing a caseload of ECEI participants, designing therapy programs and individualised, participant-centred goals.
  • Delivering therapy in community-based settings, including participants’ homes, schools, preschools, workplaces, and other environments, with an office as a base.
  • Conducting functional capacity assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions to build independence and life skills.
  • Recommending environmental adjustments and assistive technology to enhance participation and independence.
  • Managing your own calendar and caseload autonomously, with admin support to help streamline your work.

About You
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
  • 12 months+ experience (NDIS experience highly regarded but not essential).
  • New graduates with an interest in paediatrics/ECEI are welcome to apply!
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
