Abel Tasman Village is a non-for-profit, 72-bed residential Aged Care facility, that was established in 1994 and since then has built a reputation of delivering outstanding care to our ageing population. Our name is well known, and respected in the community and that of the surrounding areas and we find ourselves as one of the preferred residential Aged Care facilities in South Western Sydney.
About the Role
Abel Tasman Village is seeking applicationsfrom people with a passion for working in a home care setting. You will be responsible for providing support, personal care, and social care to our homecare clients. Our Care Workers play an important role in helping clients live the life they want, maintain independence and to improve their Quality of Life in the home. We deliver high-quality services for our clients in their homes across greater Sydney.
