We are seeking caring, motivated Early Childhood Educators and Teachers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact every day and growing in their careers.
About Gumnut Gardens
We like to think of our centres as a "home away from home." Whether it's in Paddington, Five Dock, or Redfern, our focus is on community, belonging, and a deep respect for the environment.
We're big on nature-based play, sustainability, and the magic of "loose parts." One of our favourite parts of the week? Taking our preschoolers to Bush Kindy at Centennial Park, Five Dock Park, and Moore Park to explore the seasons and follow their curiosity.
Our educators don't just "show up"—they arrive with a genuine excitement to see the children's progress. You'll be joining a team of like-minded professionals who:
Truly adore what they do: We celebrate the small wins, from a toddler's first shared toy to a preschooler's discovery insect's life cycle.
Support one another: We believe that happy, inspired teachers create happy, inspired children. There is always a helping hand or a listening ear nearby.
Share a vision: We are all united by a love for children's wellbeing and a commitment to creating a warm, joyful atmosphere every single day.
