We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) support within a corporate environment in Perth, with occasional support required at satellite sites across Western Australia.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working directly with end users, troubleshooting issues, and supporting modern workplace technologies.
The RoleYou will provide Level 1 / Level 2 desktop support, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and associated IT services.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User Support
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Microsoft Windows environments and Office applications
Assist users with account access, password resets, and general IT queries
Provide support for printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology
Device Deployment & Asset Management
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Assist with device imaging, provisioning, and setup
Support onboarding and offboarding of users including equipment setup
Maintain accurate asset records and device tracking
Incident & Service Request Management
Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required
Provide clear updates to users and document work completed
Site & Project Support
Provide onsite support for office locations and satellite sites
Assist with office moves, equipment installations, and desk setups
Participate in hardware rollouts, refresh programs, and IT projects
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience with:
Desktop / EUC support in a corporate environment
Windows 10 / Windows 11 support
Microsoft 365 / Office applications
Active Directory or Entra ID administration
Laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting
Device imaging and deployment
Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
Exposure to basic network troubleshooting and enterprise IT environments will be highly regarded.
