Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live in and can service the Byford, Keysbrook, Serpentine, Forrestdale, Armadale and surrounding areas
• 12 months experience or recently completed an aged care qualification
• Hoise experience is advantageous
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday - but we are flexible for the right person!
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

• Seeking experienced care workers but welcome interest from those seeking to start a career in care
• Permanent Part-Time contracts
• Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
• Hourly Rate: $34.77 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients. Operating hoists.
• Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
