Civil Landscape Engineer

• Involved construction and landscaping projects from planning through to completion, ensuring outcomes align with time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

• Work closely with site teams, clients, and consultants to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and tendering activities.

• Participate in HSEQ leadership processes and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider community, representing the business professionally at all times.

• Proactively identify risks, manage incidents, and respond to site or after-hours emergencies when required.

• Strong ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Confident, adaptable team player with a positive and professional attitude.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.

• High level of accountability across end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on quality, discretion, and ethical conduct.

• Demonstrated initiative with the capability to grow and manage a project portfolio.

• Qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a related field, with proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil construction project management.

• Current Driver's Licence and valid Construction White Card (WHS certification).
