The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll create high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms that engages audiences, strengthens our brand, and supports marketing campaigns for race day and non-race day events.

You will work closely with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to develop innovative creative assets, including social media campaigns, digital advertising, signage, EDMs, and more.

What You’ll Do

Design and produce creative collateral across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Maintain and uphold Brisbane Racing Club’s brand guidelines across all materials.
Develop templates, signage, and print-ready artwork for campaigns and events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outstanding creative outcomes.
Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement.
Manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, maintaining organised design files.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Adobe Premiere experience is a plus.
Strong print and digital design capabilities with a professional portfolio.
Experience creating digital campaigns, motion graphics, website graphics, display banners, and EDM templates.
Keen eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of digital asset implementation.
Ability to work across PC and Mac environments.
Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Experience in UX design, motion graphics, or sales-focused copywriting is highly desirable.
