Change Manager: Safety & Compliance Transformation

Location: Melbourne (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

Duration: Long-term contract (80 weeks)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation focused on improving safety and compliance practices across a large operational workforce. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of a new system across multiple operational sites and stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness planning
  • Develop communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Support training, onboarding, and user adoption
  • Align change activity with project rollout milestones
  • Drive behavioural change across operational and site teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience delivering change in large transformation programs
  • Experience supporting system or tool implementations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels
  • Experience with frontline or site-based workforces
  • Practical, hands‑on change delivery approach
Highly Regarded
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, or utilities
  • Experience working with subcontractors or operational environments
  • Exposure to safety, compliance, or workforce transformations
