Your Impact:


The Strategy Analyst role sits within the Strategy & Corporate Development team and plays an important role supporting high impact strategic projects across Asahi Beverages. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams to help shape strategic plans, identify growth opportunities and support decisions that drive long term value for the business.


You will contribute to projects across a wide range of topics including portfolio strategy, category and channel growth opportunities, consumer insights, mid term planning and broader business improvement initiatives. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key strategic priorities across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of short and long term strategic plans across the business
  • Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and white space opportunities
  • Develop insights and recommendations through data analysis, modelling and structured problem solving
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Digital and other group functions
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to multiple strategic projects across categories, channels and organisational priorities

About You:

  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles. Strong working knowledge of the FMCG or Beverage Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis to support strategic insights, with exposure to financial modelling beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
