Job Description


The Strategic Change team at the City of Stirling sits within the Strategy and Performance Business Unit. It is responsible for executing organisational change and transformation by enabling adoption of technology and broader change initiatives.

Through the consistent application of the City’s Change Framework and Approach our objective is to align people, process, systems and culture to deliver the City’s vision and strategic priorities.

We are looking for a Change Advisor with experience on a broad range of technology and/or culture change initiatives.

Reporting to the Strategic Change Service Lead of Strategy and Performance, this role will develop and execute change management practices across technology and other change initiatives.

These change initiatives are delivering a range of benefits representing a leap forward in the City’s digital and people strategy.

This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will partner with various Project Teams and business stakeholders to deliver end to end change solutions in line with the City’s Change Management Framework and Approach.

The role has a focus on the delivery and facilitation of learning/training to impacted users.

Qualifications


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a Change Advisor with a passion for transformation. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and an ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to shift direction and re-prioritise based on project deliverables
  • Comfortable with working against tight timeframes and in a fast paced environment
  • Significant experience in ERP and/or organisational change and transformation implementations
  • Previous experience in facilitating large scale ERP learning and training
  • Significant experience conducting Change Impact Assessments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Canva, Excel, MS Suite
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (desirable)
  • Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
