We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions & Workforce Strategy Consultant to support our growing client base. This is a skilled, professional advisory role reporting directly to the Director. The position is responsible for assessing client operations, analysing service delivery frameworks, identifying operational bottlenecks, and designing structured workforce solutions.

The role requires high-level analytical capability, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, scalable workforce strategies.

Salary: AUD $95,000 - $105,000 + superannuation

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Service & Contract Review

  • Conduct structured service review meetings with clients to evaluate performance outcomes and alignment with agreed service objectives
  • Review client contracts and service scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders to assess evolving workforce requirements
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, underutilisation, role misalignment, or process gaps within offshore team structures
  • Provide informed advisory recommendations balancing commercial obligations and operational practicality

2. Bottleneck Identification & Outsourcing Strategy

  • Analyse client workflows, team structures, and resourcing models to identify productivity constraints
  • Develop structured outsourcing strategy proposals aligned to operational needs
  • Recommend role design, function allocation, and process optimisation strategies
  • Present formal proposals outlining capability requirements, expected productivity outcomes, cost efficiency, scalability, and integration considerations

3. Client Discovery & Solution Design Support

  • Lead discovery consultations with prospective clients
  • Assess business readiness for offshore workforce integration
  • Evaluate business models, operational capacity, and long-term strategic objectives
  • Contribute to structured solution design aligned to client requirements and internal delivery capability

4. Workforce Onboarding & Integration Design

  • Support the development and refinement of structured onboarding frameworks
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, service scope, and role-specific performance standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, People & Culture, and Client Managers to support workforce integration

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as liaison between clients, internal teams, and offshore workforce
  • Escalate systemic delivery issues impacting performance
  • Document operational insights to inform continuous service improvement

Qualification & experience

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualification and/or professional experience in business analysis, management consulting, organisational development, workforce planning, operations advisory or related professional services
  • Proven experience analysing organisational systems, methods, and workflows
  • Ability to prepare formal diagnostic reports and improvement proposals
  • Experience advising clients on operational restructuring and workforce optimisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
  • High level of analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills
  • Experience with offshore teams, outsourcing models, or workforce integration is highly regarded but not essential
