Job Summary
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and reports on the progress of projects.
Job Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day customer interaction, operational, and tactical aspects of multiple projectsUnderstands and manages key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budgetExcellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reportsEffectively manages to the triple constraint, Time/Cost/ScheduleDevelops and manages a detailed project schedule to track progress, variance and critical pathDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills; Monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholdersLeads internal resources and third parties/vendors to successful execution of projects. Proficient in creating and executing a communication planEffectively manages stakeholder relationships. Including: the customer(s) and all internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of projectsDemonstrates a high-level of customer care and satisfactionImplements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodologyEnsures profitable and successful execution of all engagements as measured by regional goals and customer feedbackMinimizes exposure to risk across multiple projectsProactively manage changes in project scopeReviews deliverables across projects and performs a QA function before delivery to the Client
Education
A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field (Required)
Other Work Experience
3-5 years progressive experience in a related field.Exposure to technology projects and project management.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management, in a technology industry.Experience managing client expectations, vendor terms, and internal resource alignmentDemonstrated leadership in providing project deliverables as assigned.Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and track profitability across projects.Skilled at navigating complex challenges with analytical rigorUnderstand difference between a risk and issue, and skills required to drive risk and issue resolution.Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlinesExcellent documentation skills and attention to detail.Experience in effectively influencing and leading internal and external teams.Ability to influence, motivate, and guide cross-functional teamsExcellent problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage clients, teams, and executivesProficiency with project management software.Experience delivering project management in a professional services environment
