With a strong pipeline of work, Devplex is seeking to add a Construction Support Officer to our team. This role is full time and based out of our modern offices in Wangara.

We are a design and construct building company working across a variety of areas within the property development sector focusing mainly on, medium density housing, bespoke single & two storey custom builds, NDIS/SDA housing and Class 2 apartments.

As part of the Delstrat group we have a long standing history of innovation and delivery quality residential and commercial construction across Western Australia over the past 30 years.

About the Role

As a Construction Support Officer, you will provide administrative and project support to our Site Supervisors, Client Liaison and Scheduling teams. You will play a key role in coordinating documentation, scheduling activities, managing communications with contractors and staff, and ensuring projects progress efficiently from pre-site through to completion. This position would suit a motivated and organised individual looking to enter the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the construction and scheduling teams
Coordinate site start and construction documentation
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records
Liaise with trades, suppliers and consultants
Ensure all project files and documentation are current and compliant
Additional tasks as required

About You

Previous experience in residential construction is desiired but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
